ConvectionUnlike other foundries that have made stoves, Morsø developed the original convection principle for tile stoves as a way of spreading hot air more evenly around the room. How does it work?Convection stoves have an extra side panel attached to the outside of the firebox, that creates an air channel between the two surfaces. Convection  works by transferring heat from the firebox to the air  within these channels. As the hot air rises, cold air is sucked into the chamber at low level. This results in a rapid circulation of air within the room.      What are the benefits of convection stoves?Due to the relatively low surface temperature on the side and back panels of the stove, convection stoves create a safer environment where children are in the house. Not only that, it allows you to place furniture closer to the stove than that of the radiant version. Convection stoves gives a more uniform and pleasant warmth that also flows to adjoining rooms. Most stoves in the Morsø range can be supplied as convection models.Construction Radiant Heat

The well-known radiant heat form has been used for many stove generations and remains popular despite the prevalence of convection stoves. The reason for this is, among other things, that many people still associate wood-burning stove heat with radiant heat and that this form of heating produces heat emission more quickly from the stove. What are the benefits of radiant stoves?
The side plates on radiant stoves consist of a single layer. This means that the stove emits heat quickly.
